The Warehouse.co.nz customer feedback instructions

1. On you phone, laptop, tablet or computer go to thewarehouse.co.nz/feedback
2. Follow the on screen instructions
3. You will need your receipt from the shopping trip you want to leave feedback on
4. Enter your Survey code found at the bottom of the receipt
5. Enter the first three digits only and click next
6. review the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions
7. You will be asked questions like what store category did your purchase come from, any recommendations for improvements
8. You are then asked a series of multi choice questions where you are asked to rate each on if they met your expectations or not
9. You are then asked to enter you Name, Email and Phone number - The Warehouse states these are to only be used for the price draw, check the privacy policy if you are concerned how your personal information is being used.
