  2. Rate your overall experience on a scale of extremely poor to excellent
  3. Now you have a chance you type in any feedback or Coles complaints.
  4. Enter which departments you visited. You can select from; Dairy and refrigerated, fruit and vegetables, general grocery, Fresh meet, Bread and Bakery, Deli and other
  5. For each of the departments you visited, rank them on a scale of extremely poor to excellent
