https://www.coles.com.au/customer-care/feedback-form and fill out the feedback form; then you're good to go!
- Enter the store location and time of the visit
- Rate your overall experience on a scale of extremely poor to excellent
- Now you have a chance you type in any feedback or Coles complaints.
- Enter which departments you visited. You can select from; Dairy and refrigerated, fruit and vegetables, general grocery, Fresh meet, Bread and Bakery, Deli and other
- For each of the departments you visited, rank them on a scale of extremely poor to excellent
- Lastly you are asked to rate the survey you have just taken.
